Shipping policy
1. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Correos, the national postal service of Spain, with tracking included. Items are packed in a padded mailer.
2. Shipment Options & Tracking
Orders outside of Spain are sent using the Paq Light Internacional product of Correos and include a tracking number.
3. Shipping Time & Delays
Under Spanish law (General Law of Consumers and Users), orders must be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days from the time the contract is concluded, unless a longer period has been explicitly communicated to you.
If delivery exceeds this timeframe, you have the right to either:
- Terminate the contract and request a full refund.
- Set a reasonable additional period for delivery; if the order is still not delivered, you may cancel and request a refund.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties or taxes are not included in the checkout price and may be charged upon arrival in your country.
Unless otherwise specified using Incoterms® (e.g., DDP or DAP), you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied in your country.
5. Customer Rights & Legal Compliance
In compliance with Spain’s LSSI (Law 34/2002) and related e-commerce regulations, we clearly state all shipping terms, delivery expectations, and your rights.
Our company details (NIF, registered address, etc.) and contact information are provided clearly on our website and store pages, as required by law.

We can assist by providing the shipping reference, but please note, actual delivery status and responsibility fall to Correos and your local postal provider.
