Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with every little accessory you order from us.
Our policy follows Spanish and EU consumer laws, the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, and offers fair treatment for our US and international customers.
EU & Spain (and other EEA countries)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you (or someone you designate) receive your order.
During this period, you can cancel your purchase for any reason and request a full refund.

We’ll refund the total amount, including standard shipping, within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation notice.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used.

You’ll need to return the items within 14 days of notifying us (unless they were defective or misdescribed).
United Kingdom
UK customers enjoy the same protections under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which also grant a 14-day cooling-off period.
Everything works the same as for EU customers.
Missing or Undelivered Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 calendar days of shipping:

Contact us at anna@minifigrealms.com so we can investigate with our postal partner.

We’ll keep you updated while we track your parcel.
If your package is confirmed lost or undeliverable, you can choose one of the following:

Free replacement: We’ll resend your order at no cost.

Store credit (valid for 12 months): Use it anytime on future purchases.

Refund: If you prefer, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout are treated differently:

We can reship your order once you confirm the correct address, but shipping costs will apply.

Or we can refund the product price only (excluding original shipping charges and any carrier return fees).

We cannot offer free replacements or refunds of shipping in cases where the delivery issue was caused by the address error.
This helps us be fair while still taking care of you when the delivery issue isn’t our fault.
Damaged or Defective Items
If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us right away with photos.
We’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on your preference and what’s possible.
