Minifig Realms 1st Anniversary Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Minifig Realms ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the following countries and territories who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their place of residence, if higher):

European Union member countries
Australia
Canada
Gibraltar
Iceland
Japan
New Zealand
Norway
Serbia
Singapore
Switzerland
United Kingdom
United States

Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to enter.

The giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins when the Instagram post is published and ends on August 3 at 10:00 PM Central European Time (CET) ("Giveaway Period").

Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period:

Follow @minifigrealms on Instagram.
Repost the giveaway post using Instagram's repost feature.
Leave a comment on the original giveaway post listing your three favorite Minifig Realms accessories.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Instagram accounts must be public during the Giveaway Period and until the winner has been verified so that the Sponsor can confirm eligibility.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

$100 USD or equivalent amount in EURO in Minifig Realms store credit

as determined by the Sponsor based on the winner's location or store currency.

The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitutions will be made except at the Sponsor's discretion.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Giveaway Period has ended.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final.

7. Winner Notification

The selected winner will be contacted through Instagram.

If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Fraudulent Entries

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes:

Uses fake, duplicate, automated, or fraudulent accounts.
Violates Instagram's Terms of Use.
Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the giveaway.
Does not comply with these Official Rules.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected for administering the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with the Sponsor's applicable privacy policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, Meta, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.

12. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws applicable to the Sponsor's principal place of business, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in a participant's country of residence apply.
