Important Update: Temporary Pause on US Shipments

Important Update: Temporary Pause on US Shipments

Dear US customers,

We want to update you about an important change affecting our US orders.

UPDATED Aug 23 at 00:22: Correos, our national postal service, has suspended delivery to the US effective Aug 25. More info here.

On August 29 at midnight, a new tariff law goes into effect. Under this law, all goods imported into the United States will require tariffs to be charged directly to the buyer. Unfortunately, this means that if we were to continue shipping under the current system, you would be responsible for unexpected additional costs when your order arrives.

We don’t want that to happen. That’s why we’ve made the decision to temporarily pause all shipments to the US until we can ensure a smooth and fair solution for you.

What we’re working on

We are actively negotiating a new shipping contract that will:

  • Allow us to cover the tariff costs ourselves, so you won’t face surprise charges.

  • Provide faster shipping times.

  • Include reliable tracking for all orders.

This way, once everything is in place, your delivery experience will remain seamless and stress-free.

Looking ahead

We know this pause is inconvenient, and we deeply appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of uncertainty. Our priority is to bring back US shipping as quickly as possible—without the extra costs or confusion this new law could cause.

We’ll keep you updated as soon as we are ready to relaunch US shipping with our improved system.

Thank you for your continued support.
